Set your goals early

Setting your teaching/learning goals early provides a path for summer study. And for those of us that have to share evidence as to how we met our goals, an early start makes that process less cumbersome and more authentic. I prep my goals on my eportfolio which ends up telling my professional story. It's a useful document to work with and from. I recommend.
