Typically when information is forthcoming, people have fewer questions and people can work well together. But when information is mostly conveyed by side conversations or hallway banter, it's like a game of telephone. Yet, does everyone have to know everything?
Like most situations there is a continuum of good and not so good. And with continuums like these, it's best that people make the time to talk it out, figure it out, and help one another to understand. So many want to rush through issues of importance rather than make the time to inform one another of what's going on.
