As I reread past posts, I recognized both struggle as well as a longing for greater teamwork, collaboration, and information share.
Today after a very positive teaching/learning day, I'm thinking about how to positively advocate and contribute to this desire.
I think the aim to observe more and listen is a good one. I want to understand better how I might advocate for the teaching/learning environment I desire.
In the meantime, I'll focus in on teaching my students well and catching up on my professional learning endeavor.
