Change is important, but too much change can be destructive.
There are good patterns of change possible, perhaps systems of advantageous change and development.
How does this occur?
Where does the momentum come from?
Who moves the change with investment, communication, reflection, and revision?
Some are change agents, and some are not.
Some are change agents at some times and at other times not.
Change can be disruptive in small or big ways.
Can change be choreographed to make it work better?
Why do some love change, while others do not?
Is it more common to embrace change or resist it?
Do we make time to discuss and consider change?
I'm thinking about these questions.
