Discipline, Management, School Rules

Every culture needs rules and protocols to sustain itself with peace and camaraderie.

Yet, how do cultures create rules, revisit those rules, and ensure that the rules they set are ones that respond well to the community in general and individuals too.

Cultures flourish when they have the opportunity to revisit rules, roles, and structure regularly in order to strengthen, update, and perhaps, revise to better support and develop the community.

We have to work together in this regard. We sometimes have to have difficult conversations as we debate best protocol and action in order to support the community as a whole and individuals too.

We need to carve out the time in busy schedules to have these conversations. Good leadership makes a difference in this regard as well.
