When you are ready to improve your work or grow a program, a survey can be a good first step.
As part of the Teacher Leadership Initiative, I created and administered a survey to our teaching/learning team related to this year's shared teaching model.
In a week's time I'll review the survey's results and create a report that acknowledges the survey ideas, and the team's response to those ideas. A quick review of the survey demonstrated a lot of positive support and some good ideas for continued growth and development.
I'm looking forward to the analysis and follow-up efforts as I know the team is committed to doing the best we can for the seventy fifth graders we teach and learn with each and every day.
