Organizations where individuals trust one another are built on transparency.

Few to no secrets exist, while systems and process are clearly organized and shared.

In these kinds of organizations, there are few remaining questions, and the ongoing progression and development of the organization are known to all.

Questions are welcome in these organizations and good work and effort are met with support and encouragement.

These organizations are responsive, and individuals work to coach each other forward with positivity and support.

We can all contribute to organizations like this, and if we do, we'll reap the rewards of collective good work and service.
