Stifled Conversations

Sometimes events occur that stifle conversation and good work.

These events and conversations lost can serve to hinder community, growth, and development.

It's best to dissect these events. Find the root of the issue, and carefully untangle the unhealthy web.

This kind of work takes risk, focus, skilled leadership, and common intent.

It's never good to let problems fester, yet sometimes issues need time in order to become clear and understood.

What knots exist in your teaching/learning path?  How can you carefully remove those interruptions and obstacles?

Clear, focused, collaborative paths are good paths for teaching/learning well, and clearing those paths takes conscientious effort, intent, and practice. Onward.
