MassCUE 2014 Presentation: How Do You Design Learning Experiences?

Follow this link to learn more and register for the 2014 MassCUE Conference.

There's no better feeling than to design learning for children that results in a classroom of engaged and empowered students.

Learning design like this is truly a gift to the children you teach.

When learning experiences are designed well, behavioral issues are few, community grows, and children are happy and confident.

Successful learning design requires research, reflection, thoughtful creation, organization, conversation, collaboration, and assessment.

If you're interested in this topic, please join me on October 22, 2014 at Gillette Stadium for MassCUE's 2014 Conference. MassCUE has been the single most potent source of technology and learning design knowledge I've gained over the past ten years--it's a terrific conference!

My presentation will take place on Wednesday afternoon:

In the meantime, if you'd like to preview my presentation, please take a look at the slideshow below. Also, if you want to make the most of the presentation, bring your ideas and questions related to a unit of study or learning experience you would like to create, review, assess, or revise. As I present, you will be able to apply the information to your learning design as well as share your thoughts, questions, and ideas with others.

Don't forget to bring a tech device as well since it will be much easier to follow the presentation if you have your own device for taking notes and referencing the many links on the presentation slideshow. I look forward to seeing you at the presentation if you're interested, and please don't hesitate to tweet, email, or reply with questions or ideas that you may have. The strength of learning and teaching today is the collegial share that is readily available online and off.
