- great curriculum with the challenge of fitting it all in
- a number of new professional learning initiatives
- school start changes
- grade-level staffing change
None of this is problematic, but it has made for an exceptionally busy start of school. The greatest challenge is how to fit in all the work and teaching in ways that positively support students, represent a healthy routine, and result in top-notch learning.
I'm hoping that with the many changes and new initiatives in place, we can now really dig into the teaching and learning in successful ways. Onward.
