I listened to a recent school committee meeting this morning and I was so glad that I did. I learned a lot about the initiatives that are being promoted and the work that we'll be tasked with in the days ahead. It was good work, work I can definitely wrap my brain around and work that I can invest my time in as I believe it is in the best interests of children.
The way we communicate with one another is essential. To share information in timely ways helps everyone to be ready to tackle the good work ahead. I want to work with colleagues to find ways that we can hear and share this information in timely ways as that will help us to work well together in a timely and effective manner. Onward.
