When do you trust process, and when shouldn't you trust process?
First, it's important to understand the underpinnings of the process. How was the process decided? What's the history related to the process? What is the data that supports the process? Is the process transparent?
As I work with a large number of collaborative efforts, I want to think about the processes involved with a full perspective.
