Teamwork and Honesty

When team members work with honesty, the team moves forward with strength. When dishonesty and mistruths become part of the teamwork, then collaboration is more difficult. When mistruths arise, it's important to acknowledge the dishonesty right away by noting the truth of the matter and pointing out the mistruth. Also when mistruth rises, it's important for educators to keep good notes in order to illustrate the actual events. The school day is a busy day. There are many decisions to make and a lot happens every day. The more we can work together with honesty and teamwork, the better we will serve our students. Onward.
