What protocols lead your professional ethics?
What it means to be a professional has changed somewhat over the years, and it's good to be mindful of current protocols and ways of behaving in order to be a professional in the workforce.
It's also good for colleagues to meet now and then to review and discuss professional ethics as sometimes some may not understand what's expected and that's to be expected as professional protocols change from year to year.
I was reminded of this discussion today in talking with a colleague who commented, "That's not professional." I hadn't thought of the situation in that way, but once I did, I realized that a professional protocol and ethics review from time to time is good for any employee or organization.
