It's been a very busy two weeks, so busy that I cut out a lot of the extras for next week in order to focus on my own children and the children in school.
Next week includes a band/strings concert and a choral concert. It also includes a couple of math assessments and more computation practice. There are a fair number of computation standards on the fifth grade list.
Today many students did a great job supporting each others learning in math. They coached one another forward. The teachers in the room were coaching small groups too.
We'll tighten up the routine even more next week and work towards a stead, kind, and caring week.
