Shared Stories and Learning Build Community

When a community of learners shares their stories, experiences, questions, and ideas, the community grows and deepens. When those stories are not shared openly, the whole community loses out.

It's best to have vehicles for regular share--share that tells about professional travel, learning events, new ideas, innovation, and more. The more that everyone on the learning/teaching team knows about what's happening, the greater the potential for synergy, collaboration, share, and contribution.

How does your learning/teaching community openly share their stories, and how does this open share promote the best of what your teaching/learning community members can do together for the students and families they serve?
