Last year our system wanted to develop social competency efforts.
Beginning with spring planning and summer work, a group of educators and leaders took charge of this effort.
Then throughout this year, that group has been coaching and leading the effort.
It's been a successful effort in many ways.
The success, for the most part, is due to the commitment, communication, support, and positive leadership the committee has demonstrated throughout the year.
This is an example of positive forward work and development.
