Sometimes with new learning we can lament the past. We can look back and wonder why we weren't the person we now want to be. We can be sad about the person we were before we knew more. That kind of thinking is only good for reflection and moving forward and nothing more. Instead, be the person you want to be now. You'll continue to change and develop in ways that matter if you allow yourself to move forward and if you don't stay mired in past ways or regret.
