Many of us shy away from writing to leaders, but I believe it's important to take the time, now and then, to let your leaders know of your thoughts and questions.
If you don't share your thoughts, they won't know what you think. And, if they don't know what you think, you can't expect them to lead with you in mind.
So no matter who you are in an organization, community, State, or country, make the time to share your thoughts.
And, if you do share your thoughts, be prepared to act when leaders respond. Words alone are not positive change agents, but words coupled with good action can make a difference.
So, if you desire, write a letter to your leaders. Share your thoughts and ideas, and then act accordingly.
