If voices aren't entertained in an open and ongoing way, then there's likely to be a flood of opinion at one time or another.
As much as possible it's best to create systems of regular share and response in any family, classroom, or organization. Bottled up emotion, thoughts, questions, and ideas explode if not tended to with care regularly.
