Writing/Reading Fiction: Where the Mountain Meets the Moon

Our class will begin a focus on writing and reading fiction with Grace Lin's book, Where the Mountain Meets the Moon. In April, we'll have the chance to see this story acted out at a nearby university.

Our study today will begin with the question, What can we expect?

What can we expect when we read fiction?

What can we expect when we write fiction?

Then we'll start the story--an adventure to come.
