As I peruse multiple posts on Google+, I am reminded of the absolute need for organizations to delegate--no one person can be all things, but together we can do so much.
Just think of the jobs, projects, and goals you want to achieve, and how frustrating it is to choose one or complete all. Then imagine if your team took the time to discuss vision, goals, and the many ways to get there with delegation, share, and eventually collaboration. What possibility!
