Our midyear data reports are in. I carefully looked at the students' progress and needs, then tweaked the schedule to make room for new and continuing targets. One aspect of the data I like is that children in need rise to the attention of many, and when good systems for collaborative teaching and learning are in place, there's a real chance to meet those student needs with strength.
