I am reminded of this today as I dig deeply into a problem to solve, yet I want to shift my focus in these final days of school to the great accomplishments that have occurred throughout the year. There is so much to be proud of and to celebrate.
- Students were awesome all year long and rose to high levels of achievement in multiple ways
- Teamwork was extraordinary amongst students and grade-level colleagues
- Creativity shined
- Leadership was respectful, open minded, and represented inclusive communication and decision making in multiple positive ways.
- Quality teaching materials, programming, and supports were plentiful and helpful.
- In my personal life, there were a number of wonderful share moments and family successes
There are a few days left of school, and it's time to relish the good that occurred throughout the year--to celebrate the good times and positive achievements of so many. Onward.
