It's been a busy weekend and it's time to focus on the week ahead.
Monday
Monday starts early with copying and organizing for a number of family-student-teacher conferences. Then it's time to teach math and lead my small reading group. The day will end with more conferences and a focus on completing displays in the hallway. Working with the student teacher. The day will end with attendance at a political rally.
Tuesday
There's a staff meeting, more math teaching, a math game for math RTI, and more conferences. Working with the student teacher too. Voting at the end of the day, then watching election results.
Wednesday
Lots of conferences before and after school and more math. Working with the student teacher.
Thursday
Conferences before and after school, math study, and the book group. Working with the student teacher.
Friday
More conferences, PLC, Math RTI, and the rest of the day focused on reading, research, and prep related to the physical science unit.
A good night's rest is required for a busy week like the one coming up. Onward.
