Trump World: The Haves and Have-Nots

As I look around, read, and hear stories, it seems that the gap between the haves' and have-nots' has increased and this has resulted in a large number of people with little income or power over their lives--this is not good for our culture and country. As a people, we have to ensure a basic quality of living for every person.

We cannot dump the garbage from one class into the neighborhoods of other classes.

We cannot exploit some for the benefit of others.

We cannot provide public services with quality that differs from group to group or class to class.

We can't increase the wealth of a few and then strip the many of their needed resources such as a good education, health care, clean environment (water, soil, air), recreational opportunities, good nutrition, and the opportunity for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Trump has pushed our culture backwards to what some might believe is the Gilded Age, an age where the poor faced many problems. When the average Americans face problems with regard to an equitable and positive standard of living, the strength of our entire country is compromised.

Trump's preoccupation with his popularity, power,  and the wealth of himself and his cronies is not good for the American people or our country and world peace and prosperity. It's time for everyone to act with good intelligence to forward positive policy and laws that reflect the research and ideas that exist for betterment for all.
