Celebrate the Good

Critical thinkers like me sometimes forget to take time out to celebrate the good. A wise colleague reminded us of that in a kind way yesterday as we discussed ways to better the program. I want to remember that when I return to school as well as there are some really good students out there who always do the right thing and make tremendous progress. I want to let them know how well they are doing. That acknowledgement brings capacity to those students, their families, and the class as a whole too.
