Humility, Respect, and Team

People business is not simple. There's always a range of challenges and new learning. It's humbling work that calls forth the very best of you. As I've said over and over again, this work is done well when we're willing to work together and support each other. While we troubleshoot challenging events and circumstances, if we always use respect, we will do well. No one ever has all the answers, and rarely is any individual without some wisdom or good perspective. It takes team to teach well. Onward.
