Teaming with parents and focusing on students is the way to teach.
Parents provide tremendous support when you work as a team, and students thrive when parents and students work together to support those students.
A week of parent conferences reminds me of this. This week has also provided me with lots of tips and strategies to share with all students. That's positive!
The conferences will continue into next week, and then I'll take some time to synthesize the many points of discussion to impact the teaching/learning program.
