This is Where We Are and This is Where We are Going

I think it's important that any organization has a regular "This is Where We Are and This is Where We are Going" talk, newsletter, update, or review. That kind of reflective work is integral to moving our work forward collaboratively and in ways that matter. That kind of discussion builds team and invigorates our web of professional relationships and effort. I will think about this today with regard to my own efforts.
