Thankfully the decision has been made, and happily it is a decision I'm excited about. The grade-level team will employ a shared teaching model.
Getting the decision was like opening the dam and letting the built-up stress and forward moving work flow forward in a positive direction. The team is excited and we're all looking forward to the collaboration and deep learning ahead.
