Today I brought my sons' old pogo stick, stilts, ramps, ride-on bike, and other toys to school.
It was so much fun to watch the children line up to try out the "new" playground toys.
I wondered why we don't have more diverse toys on the playground.
Yet, when I had a hard time bringing the children back to the lesson, a not-too-exciting test review game, I had second thoughts. Though the thoughts were fleeting, as I do believe we can be quite imaginative when it comes to playground creation and activities to benefit all students well.
