Students and teachers were mesmerized today as Michael LaFosse taught math with origami. I recommend.LaFosse's work has invigorated lots of discussion and follow-up math and origami at the school. He led us to watch the Lang Ted Talk below about origami and math.
He also invigorated our fraction bar work and exploration.
His visit to our school has been a catalyst for deep and meaningful learning.
