Teach Well: Focus on the Details

The big ideas in education are exciting, challenging, and dynamic.

The details are less so--there is a bit of drudgery when it comes to the details including the organizing, sorting, cleaning-up, setting-up, correcting papers, filling out forms, ordering materials, and more. Yet, the details are so important when it comes to teaching well.

Now that the school year is up and running and the students are known; it's time to focus on the details so the room, routines, and materials match the children's needs and interests.
