The day's events include the following:
- Principal candidate meeting: teachers will have a chance to meet the candidate and ask questions. It is interesting to hear another's thoughts about teaching, learning, and leadership.
- Math prep: I'll spend some time with last minute preparations for this week's math and science study.
- Math teaching: We'll focus on the intersection of geometry and fractions as we review students' home study, then students will learn about an "intelligent assistant" program if we have more time.
- Math RTI: I'll work with my small group to review computation strategies.
- Student-Led Family Members/Teacher Conferences: There will be a number of these conferences after school.
Another busy, but positive teaching/learning day.
