The next part of the project demands that students understand what it means to work as a team well to bring their project from start to finish.
I'll show IDEO's wonderful shopping cart video. We'll talk a bit about it means to work as a team. Then we'll review the project steps including the following:
- start to finish plan
- identification of the success criteria - what will it look like, what will happen, and how will people feel when it's completed.
- creation of drafts, prototypes
- identification of needed materials
- creation of time lines and to-do lists
- project work
- project implementation
- analysis and assessment
