Our work depends on positive, proactive, inclusive, and forward thinking vision.
That vision is best if it comes from all of us utilizing strategic, inclusive process.
The better we get at choosing our goals and focus together, the greater our efforts will grow with depth and success.
This is an important part of our work.
Our team has made cultural proficiency our team professional learning goal. We've created a good path to support this goal and soon we'll dig into some of the important details with greater effort. It's a positive goal as already I have noticed how our efforts have uplifted the conversation n class and welcomed all learners with greater focus and specificity.
I can't wait to dig into this with more depth in the days to come--it's going to be a great learning and teaching experience.
