I can see 1,000 ways to change schools for the better, but the reality is if you try to make too many changes at once, you may destroy the strength that's already in place.
With that in mind, it's time to stay the course for a while. It's time to let the recent changes take root and strengthen. It's time to observe, deepen, and better the changes we just made. Onward.
