Creating parameters helps one to understand his/her role and effectively carry out that role. These are my parameters for school teaching and learning:
- Inspire the children.
- Serve their academic, social, and emotional needs in school.
- Choreograph the curriculum for optimal learning.
- Respond, assess, review, revise, create. . . .
- Narrow the scope to the the goals and vision within my reach.
